“The players walk in and know this gym is the centre piece for a world class facility,” Blues Head of High Performance Rob Innes said.
We obviously had a really good upgrade here a few years ago and had a few good AlphaFit pieces throughout the gym and we have now upgraded the rig. The players walked in day one of this pre-season and were blown away – it was a good change for them and it helped freshen up the gym”
