Thought I was doing the right thing by cleaning the shower glass. Left it streaky AF. Looks worse than before I tried it.

Surely the early start and finish as well as the regular frequent breaks and 12 weeks of annual leave a year make up for having to work consistently for a bit? ;-)by the time i have my next period off, i'll have taught for 16 periods straight.
not happy!
not incorrect, but my commute's about 45-1 hour so the early finish generally coincides with people's own commutes home.Surely the early start and finish as well as the regular frequent breaks and 12 weeks of annual leave a year make up for having to work consistently for a bit? ;-)

I’m kidding mate. We all know it is only 11 weeks of annual leave a yearnot incorrect, but my commute's about 45-1 hour so the early finish generally coincides with people's own commutes home.
it's just annoying! i have my own time getting eaten up constantly that i need to use to plan, mark or do admin shit. i've had to make an entire unit from scratch cos some flog went scorched earth and deleted every single resource we had for a unit.
Absolutely. Netanyahu and Trump don’t escape that category either.Terrorists.
Netanyahu's statement makes me want to hit him. Hard. In the face.Absolutely. Netanyahu and Trump don’t escape that category either.
Eth, if you could achieve this you would stand beside Ahmad al Ahmad as an Aussie hero to me.Netanyahu's statement makes me want to hit him. Hard. In the face.
Netanyahu is definitely not irrelevant, not to my mind anyway, and he needs to be called out for his use of this tragedy to gain political traction. He was the one who brought the attention to his own cause by immediately jumping to blame our government for the death of Jewish people when Oct 7 happened on his watch, and the slaughter of innocent children and civilians in Gaza have fueled hatred toward Jewish people globally. It’s the height of hypocrisy, and I can’t sit back and let that endless warmonger say those things without calling it out. I get what you’re trying to say in that this is a time of mourning and that should be our focus but it’s not us mentioning him that’s out of order, it’s him using the tragedy to steer his own narrative.Netanyahu is irrelevant. Couldn't give a shit what some despot said.
What happened yesterday was abhorrent and we can condem it without needing to mention him.
I'm gutted about yesterday. Its certainly not the Australia I know.
He is.Netanyahu is definitely not irrelevant,
I wish you were right mate. Being critical of Israeli war crimes is being called ‘antisemitic’ and it’s gaining traction. If he calls out our government’s support of Gaza as being a threat to Jews it can sway a lot of people’s perspectives and before you know it we have future governments of our country unwilling to be brave enough to call out genocidal regimes. I can’t let that just slide as being irrelevant. He is.
He's on the same level as the idiot Americans claiming this is proof gun laws dont work.
I am.I wish you were right mate.
The gun laws thing falls apart so easily when you highlight to those nut-jobs the damage that the shooters could’ve done with access to firearms designed to really kill en masse. He is.
He's on the same level as the idiot Americans claiming this is proof gun laws dont work.
What actions did the children gunned down last night or in gaza need to take responsibility for?Who started this shit.
Retaliation is not a made up word, it's in the dictionary.
Denial is another word in the dictionary.
Take responsibility for your actions, that's fact.
Not so sure about this. He's been given a pedestal in our media to sway public perception. What his government does and says is irrelevant.
Personally I haven't read or listened to a single word he said. Not so sure about this. He's been given a pedestal in our media to sway public perception.
But it’s not you that I’m worried about. It’s the easily manipulated mainstream news consumers who feel the emotional pull of an event like this and link the plight of the Jewish people to a criminal nation state.Personally I haven't read or listened to a single word he said.
I'm just worried about whats happening in Bondi. But it’s not you that I’m worried about. It’s the easily manipulated mainstream news consumers who feel the emotional pull of an event like this and link the plight of the Jewish people to a criminal nation state.
Fair enough. There’s nothing wrong with that. I’m also worried about the ongoing ramifications of an event like this on our way of life. The division, and the intolerance, and the ongoing suffering that scumbags like Netanyahu seem to thrive on. It pissed me off somewhat to have to hear him blaming our compassion for Gaza as a cause of Jewish deaths. It’s not OK.I'm just worried about whats happening in Bondi.
non-australians using this tragedy to posture entirely for their own gains deeply sickens me.It should just be about Bondi, but that ended when the usual suspects came out and tried to turn it into a consequence of Palestinian recognition, immigration etc
There’s also Australians doing it. About what you’d expect from those idiots thoughnon-australians using this tragedy to posture entirely for their own gains deeply sickens me.
