SOS looks like he has aged by 10 years. I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes on leave in 2026.
The whole thing is horrendous. Wouldn't wish it on anybody.

According to comments on Reddit, the judges comments made it seem like he was going to give 10+ years to a rapist who showed no remorse.

And then he smashes him with a wet lettuce leaf. Such a shame that the well connected family wins out in the end.

Not sure that's what's happened. I'd be staggered if that wasn't about the average sentencing for a crime of that nature.

It was good to read that police secretly recorded Tom Silvagni pleading with LoGiudice to say it was him who went in the room and say the Uber was cancelled and in court he stuck to his story that he left just before 2.00am

The pressure he would have been put under to protect his friend and the manipulation he would have faced would have been big.

It was also noted that the Silvagnis walked out during the victim impact statement.

They have come across as more self serving than even before

What a lowlife. Sentence is rank given he'll probably be out in just over 3 years. The statement from SOS outside the court the other day was just disgraceful.

The Silvagni exodus from Princes Park all makes sense now...and they fit in perfectly at their new home.

Jack Silvagni going to St Kilda with his dad [ saints never expected to be in the race] makes more sense now given the conviction to Tom Silvagni
The Emotional support for/from Jack & Steven from each other is understandable now given the severe trauma that the family has been & is going through with Tom's 6 yrs sentence behind bars... The Silvagni Family is outwardly devastated and they need each other... this is an angle that has probably been in play ,that nobody had thought of, until the Tom Silvagni trial became public

The trial was a pretty open secret in football for 12-18 months, it may play some part but this was about more money and an extra year imo

There is a source that claims the Silvagni’s have sold their family home and relocated to Queensland.

Okay, but have they relocated to Queensland? I hadn’t heard that one until now.

Haven't seen anything on them moving to Qld only saw someone mention it yesterday who happens to be the top contributor in the Scandals & Rumours Tom thread assuming they moved to Qld.

“One source claimed the couple had already moved to Queensland, casting further speculation on Stephen Silvagni's future as St Kilda's list manager.”

I didn’t read it on the daily fail yesterday, but even they’ve picked up on it. This is probably just old news anyway since as you said they sold their home last year (I actually thought that happened recently).

Sold in June last year and originally listed between $8M - $8.8M

This as well ...

I doubt SOS would want to commute from Queensland to St Kilda every day.

West Coast’s list manager, Matthew Clarke, is based in Melbourne. There are probably other examples of out of state list managers. They aren’t coaches, so wouldn’t need to live in the state to do the job.

I find that a very bizarre move.

I get wanting to distance themselves but they claim their son is innocent...and have now seemingly moved interstate away from him. I would've assumed they'd have wanted to stay close to visit him etc.

They can say their son is innocent all they want, but I reckon they’ve still be feeling embarrassment and shame.

Of course, hence why they've taken off to the northern state. It just seems an odd move for me.

Seems more like they're worried about how they'll be viewed in their private friendship groups, more than the public. The public will stop caring about Stephen and Jo quickly.
