Anyone know who the co-commentator is in the Everton - Arsenal game? He sounds like he should be doing the horse racing. Talks at 100mph and cannot shut up for 2 seconds. Doing my head in.
Can't believe the Everton players arguing this that might be one of the most obvious and dumbest penalties we have seen all season.

I said when fit he is a good player weeks ago, and had some pleb on socials tell me he is hot garbage. Since then he has 4 goals.
DCL ain't a bad player. He's not fantastic, but he's a good lower-mid table striker.
Everton having a good spell here, we are looking sloppy.
Interesting (non) pen call, I can't definitively say either call is right or wrong. Saliba kicks his foot no doubt, but he is trying to play the ball, where is the line drawn though when it's a pen and when it's not?
I can't definitively say how I'd feel if the same thing happened at the other end. I feel we have probably been lucky not to concede the pen.

Terrific win, been a great month, eight points from last four games. Four goals from set pieces very un-Leeds like. Pleased for DCL. Hopefully a chance for England squad eventually.

Big 3 points, top at Christmas. Everton looked decent in patches and were definitely unlucky not to have a pen.

Leeds very impressive in that win. Palace are asked to played Thursday-Saturday-Tuesday which is a wild quirk of the draw between commitmenrs in Europe, the PL and EFL Cup.
Arsenal should have been out of sight however 1-0 will do just fine for me. 3 points were essential and great to win away at Everton finally. Nice to also get back to clean sheet ways after conceding on the road in successive matches. Everton with just 0.20 xG. Gyokeres needed that goal and hopefully kick starts a run of form now.
Spurs’ home form is ridiculously bad, how many league losses at home is that. Idiotic from Simons, deserved red. That was a shocking and needless challenge. Let it all work out haha.
And after scoring a goal and having 9 minutes of injury time to find another, Romero does that. Already on a yellow, having already won the foul, it’s just brainless stuff. Even with 9 men at least they showed more spirit and fight post match arguing with each other and the referee than they did in the entire NLD a month ago. Comical.
A real shame for Isak, that looked a nasty injury. The way his ankle twisted under the challenge, damn. Excellent finish as well, when fit he is lethal in those positions.

On this occasion Gordon didn't fake it. He had the ball in the area and Chalobah just barged him off it. Just because it was shoulder on shoulder doesn't make it a fair challenge.
