It might be unhinged for you to suggest it, but the claim against the PM appears to be sticking and is working for those who are making the claim. In fact, I looked up google to see what unhinged meant, in case I have been left behind in genspeak. And it returned " wildly irrational and out of touch with reality". Well you might categorise the allegation as such, but as the claim was meant to unseat the PM and it appears to be working, I can't work out how someone can categorise it as unhinged. If you want to categorise the claims as unhinged then fair enough. I prefer to use the word strategic.
