It seems to me a power move to a) shame Tess amongst (their friends) and put some public pressure on her and b) ensure she fires the first shot.

I don’t doubt that Jules is hurting quite a bit at the moment, but she’s also a fairly experienced public figure so probably would choose her moves carefully.

I would assume Jules is more concerned about the breakdown of her marriage than a carefully coordinated attack on homewrecker Tess.

Tess Crosley has been pictured peering anxiously out the windows of her Brisbane home while her husband answered the door to police on New Year's Eve.

Crosley's partner Ben was shirtless as the two officers arrived at the house just before 1.30pm carrying an unidentified long, black piece of lockable luggage, and two other long black fabric bags, all of which were given to Mr Crosley.

Mr Crosley had his arms crossed as he spoke to the police while Tess pulled the curtains aside and watched on.

There is no suggestion that Tess or Ben Crosley engaged in any improper conduct in relation to the visit by police.

A Queensland Police spokesman said the agency had a record of a minor disturbance on the couple's street on Wednesday afternoon, however 'no formal complaint was made and so this is not being looked at as a criminal matter.'

The Daily Mail sought further information from police about that report.
