Isn’t it how Jack Watts got caught?
Exactly. You'd think Worst Number 1 Pick Ever Cameron Rayner would have learned from Best Number 1 Pick Ever Jack Watts but alas.

Quick google search says the average age of a first time mother in Australia is 29.9, with the most common age group being 30-34. Also the proportion of first time mothers that are over 30 has more than doubled since 1990.

Whether or not people are just waiting longer to have kids while being in relationships or waiting longer to start meaningful relationships is debatable, but from my perspective it seems living in a share house and partying and also travelling the world have become prerequisite life experiences these days as opposed to optional extras in the past.

Yeah, a hard disagree from me on "people are settling down earlier nowadays", guess it depends on the circles you run in.

Just looking at in-laws extended family, the people I work with in general etc. there's so many I know (or guess) are in their mid-30s, may or may not be in a relationship, but barely a parent among them. To me, it feels like 30-40 years ago, when people were around their mid 30s, their first kid would be early high school and their youngest would be 9-10. Baby factory closed by about 26.

Not saying it never happens, but I don't personally know anyone getting married and having kids in their mid-20s these days.

Much like in the first 10 minutes of the film Idiocracy, you’ve got your two approaches.

Where I grew up on the fringe suburbs of Perth, it was very much every girl couldn’t wait to get pregnant the minute she turned 21 (if not earlier) just like all her mates.

Where I live now, in a very middle class inner city area, all the other dads down the park with their toddlers are late 30s, early 40s.

Very much a case of different social/cultural norms but it’s clear as day in my eyes which group is living a happier, more fulfilled life.

Meanwhile, Jules now has her girls over for a manifesting photo board session with wine and cheese, uploaded of course to instagram, about how wonderful the next year is going to be.
Sigh. It’s all very typical.
Wasn't sure if you were serious.

Yeah look as much as I’m Team Jules, how ****ing pathetic is this. The story that we’ve all heard is that Jules is an astute business woman. Can you imagine interviewing for a new CEO for you company and some ****wit rocks up talking about how they manifested it with the girlies?

‘So what plans do you have to build our consumer base?’ ‘I look in the mirror every morning and say “Money flows to me easily” 😁😁😁

Pretty much. All my circle of mates, bar a couple maybe, were well into their 30s before attaching a leg rope and having kids

I kid you not, I lived in an outback qld banjo country town for a few years for work. There was a guy there who swapped his wife/gf (probably his sister, actually) for a Mitsubishi Sigma.

He found out she'd been jumping the fence for a while, so instead of getting all bent out of shape about it, he went over there and told the pair of them he knew what was going on and he could 'keep her', but it would cost him the Sigma, to which they agreed.

Old mate got 'crazy lady', and the other guy got his hands on a very used jaundice yellow Sigma. Everyone was happy (and also ****ing inbred)

If you ever travel far enough west of Brisbane, and you go through a town called Yuleba, just keep driving 😂
He swapped his misso for a Sigma? Thats ****ed!

I would have asked for a Datsun at least.

It's actually pretty common for girls to make resolutions (I guess they now call it manifesting) after a breakup. I remember my sisters making lists. Not quite as flash as Jules scrapbooking and candles though. They used to write their "next steps" in a diary or post its on a wall.

Don't act like you don't love it. Why else would you follow every update?
I do love it. I’m here for the drama. The absurd thing about posts like this is she would be privately devastated and probably hating every bit of her new life (which of course is not her fault) but this is the image she portrays to the world about how great a life her and the girlies are having

If you embrace all the fart sniffing complimentary stuff on social media you need to accept all the shit that’s going to come with it as well
