Little overcast but a nice morning here
I actually thought that’s what they were going to do. Had to double check the starting timeCall me crazy but wouldn’t the SCG pink test be the perfect place for the pink ball D/N test?

All the better to convince the public that privatising the BBL and shifting Test cricket out of prime scheduling is necessary. And perfectly timed for many corporate slaves headed back to the middle management mines on day 2. Honestly CA seem to be doing a perfect job of booking an all-time garbage schedule this year.
I think we have answers. "Nobody" is the answer to most of the questions. Those questions were already there, we’ve got no answers and even more questions now
Australia have selected Ian Thorpe, Kieran Perkins and Grant Hackett then. Michael Klim stiff to miss out.Live update from the ground:

Like how guys like Usman and Marnus go back and dominate the Shield while struggling in the test team. Almost as if they are the best guys available despite their test form.Green averages 56 with the bat in a shield era that for the last decade has continued to produce atrocious pitches and guys that can't average 40. Almost like selectors aren't just backing your particular eye test and watch shield matches themselves. Insane how confidently people embarass themself on this sub.
I think that rule only applies to games that are actually only scheduled for 3 or 4 days. They don't reduce it on the fly.
Alcohol is never the answer. Alcohol is the question - YES is the answer!!!I think we have answers. "Nobody" is the answer to most of the questions.
Pitch Pattern Baldness.they showed the roller going over the pitch earlier on Sunrise. it looked very patchy with lots of tufts of green.
Shield form is not an automatic guarantee of test form. It’s a useful indicator but it’s still a big jump between the two.Like how guys like Usman and Marnus go back and dominate the Shield while struggling in the test team. Almost as if they are the best guys available despite their test form.

For a good perspective on this, have a listen to Michael Bevan talking very honestly about how he underperformed in tests while racking up thousands of domestic runs:

Not a chance, the Aussies are mostly funded by rich County nuffs anyway.
I believe that was a return of service TO Mark Waugh, from a Pom.I've liked the sledge Steve Waugh copped from an English (?) player about how he was at least the best cricketer in his family.
