Saki Akai's retirement. not sure if that was due to WWE or Abema though.look, to be clear, I'm not saying Naka's looking for sympathy or anything like that, but this whole Naka discourse around Tana's last match has been so stupid (some of it played out in niche parts of the fandom so some might be unaware of it). If Naka wanted to be there, he's had like 5 or 6 years since his first WWE contract expired to come back to NJPW. A few years ago, a DDT wrestler retired and Naka sent into a video for the retirement ceremony. It wasn't even allowed to be shown on the stream. That's just the way it is. It's beyond me why this even became a thing.

You wouldn't see Omega rocking up to AAA for someones retirement.
Forgive me if I've missed something but I don't think Nakamura has made a big deal out of anything. He just asked for his band to be worn so he could be there in spirit. Nothing more sinister than that.
Edit: just saw Nakamura did an interview with Tokyo sport. Still didn't seem like a major complaint from him.
Apparently sent Tanahashi some flowers.
