There is currently only 1 USA oil company producing from Venezuela... given the sanctions.It is about oil however listening to any O&G experts it will take around to 2030 to get it back to what it was before 2003 when it was producing 3m barrels per day (currently around 750k - 1m barrels per day).
Any oil company going in has to spend billions to get the fields up to scratch given they have been allowed to deteriorate over the past two decades.
