That's a rubbish call. Tabs worked his backside off but lacked footballing intelligence.Taberner was lazy as hell. Ross Lyon wasn't impressed with him.

Thanks to your mate Husks, but we already knew all that.My mate who is a rusted on eagles fan has said that if Hayden Young has sticked to his running plan that he has set out for him will win a Brownlow
My mate has worked with Caleb Serong and Hayden Young exclusively
Plus puts a lot of work in with Pearce
All to do with injury minimization through running and muscle realignment.
He says Young is the best he's ever been and both he and Alex Pearce are finally injury free

Guess bein a rusticated WC fella he needed a bit more time?
Yokai!
But seriously, thats sweet insider info.
Cheers would appreciate any info. Someone mentioned the players officially returning on Thursday, but we are all really guessing. The lack of information from the club about the return time has been worse than previously.Fair call. I agree. To back up what your're saying most of the regular training watchers I spoke to said they had emailed the club on the matter and didn't even receive a reply. If anyone checks the Fremantle FC website they did have the training times listed for the last week of training updated on December 12 so hopefully that will continue for the rest of the preseason. I'll post here if I find out new info.
I suspect @S18 is correct from a few pages ago and players aren’t officially back until 12/01, anything before then is unofficial groups of players taking advantage of the facilities for their personal benefit during the break.Cheers would appreciate any info. Great preseason report, have you seen Sturt on track, if so, what training is he doing?
The ambiguity of being asked to play on both talls and smalls may have made him a little uncertain in his gameplay. As someone who is far more concerned about how future proof our D50 is compared to others - the information on Draper that was shared is really encouraging to hear.
He fell off the face of the earth for us when we really needed him developing and playing senior minutes - just wasn’t really sure either if he was the type who had that mental fortitude in him to persevere and fix things.
I’m hopeful and excited for him now.
Bruce might need some new shorts now that he's lost the puppy fat!
He's definitely worked hard since the season finished. I saw him doing sprints at Cottesloe beach on the soft sand in November.Bruce might need some new shorts now that he's lost the puppy fat!
Sturt has been seen on an exercise bike outside the change rooms only in terms of training as far as I can remember. He's a fair way off.Cheers would appreciate any info. Glad they finally worked out what the issue was with his knee. But, he is unlikely to have enough time to show the club he is worth retaining, pity. He was a sad figure last year, making progress to nearly play and then a problem meaning he had to start over again and again.Sturt has been seen on an exercise bike outside the change rooms only in terms of training as far as I can remember. Well I’ve seen enough - Murphy is

Is this good form or not?
Not sure about good form or not, but sheer lunacy.
Closest I got to lifting weights was swinging a 16 pound sledge hammer putting up marquees.
In my days of sledge hammer swinging, we had a few of the Eagles boys come join us for jobs. Annear, Malaxos, also had Craig Nelson, the two Farmer boys. There’s a point where it becomes ego lifting and doesn’t make him a better athlete.
