I follow a team in the Southern League (not Port Noarlunga) so I can provide an update on how Lachie is tracking.
I am predicting that Lachie will have a better season than Tariek did up in Pt Augusta last year.

I will still be able to sleep and good luck to him.

You could easily attribute any early training resumption injuries to having 3 weeks off over Xmas .....stop, start, stop, start

Nothing the Clubs can do about it ...they have to rely on players training by themselves over Xmas ......it's only 6 weeks until the first official PS game ....but 4 weeks B4 internal trials commence

I'm in Brissie and it's not that hot ... in my defence, it's bloody impossible to know what to believe at the best of times! Sarcasm on line is almost IMPOSSIBLE to measure.

As per my initial post I’m not sure

I’d love to know more detail in that if he felt it was the program he was given, or if he worked extra hard including in the post season/christmas breaks

But I do know he said he trained too hard in preseason and blew it up

One thing I miss about Brisbane. Hang the clothes out on the weekend in August. They're dry in a hour.
