Reliably informed as prev advised also that Brayden is a fantastic young guy. The praise from an off-field contact for his and Hamish Free's character couldn't have been higher.

Really hope he does well with/for us.

reckon the time might have come to acknowledge a bust here, Taylor Garner 2.0

Differentiator is Brayden's professionalism and team attitude.

However Taylor was actually able to get on the park from time to time.

Has this kid's luck, or lack there of, surpassed Robbie Tarrant's run at the start of his career?

Lazarus like I can confirm he was at training this morning (Monday) and was working with the rehab group, no strapping and was running, albeit it not at full pace, didn't look to be in that much discomfort
Seems to be the strategy with hammies these days - when George (of the Wardlaw variety) did his at a similar point of preseason (and it was an 8-10 weeker) he was back at training doing some running (albeit not full speed) within days

Yep, unless it's a big one they get you light jogging to improve blood flow and maintain mechanics. Most hammies ping at max velocity or close to it, where the mechanics are very different to jogging. It's partly why sprinters all have huge backsides.

You mentioned firing order the other day as one of a few potential issues following a major injury. In my mind there is no doubt there is something to this.

Curious whether any of the fitness staff address this.

Managing trigger points can help a lot. Dry needling etc.

You mentioned sprinters, many (most?) Have there trigger points done prior to training and racing. Different to a a quick massage.

Always found it very useful.

Back him him in for mine.
