"This is the tale of Tony Montana!"Played like Michael Bolton? Sounds like a bad ass to me.
His off field antics show that he isn't invested in the club, then the club shouldn't invest any more time on him.I think you might have nailed it.
If/when Brockman ends up in a prison sentence there are not lots of avenues to terminate his contract.
He is OOC this year and you would think any indiscretion bad enough/prison sentence would be enough for him to be delisted then.
He is not a generational talent or close to it so straight forward delisting 2026 IMO.
The very annoying part is he was coming into an age bracket/games played area and shown enough to be a decent AFL player.
His inconsistency is his biggest weakness, time to replace and move on.

No chance of that. Geelong obviously saw something in him that nobody else did, so kudos to them for that. Prior to the draft he had just broke into the league team that year.Geelong did pick up Humphries a few picks after this though...not that I have faith we would have picked him and/or had success developing him
Wait, you’re allowed to bash someone if they harassed you? This is an interesting interpretation of criminal law.Ye, after the harassment, as per witness statements.
Geelong have an arsey-record of picking up and developing players into gems late in the draft. No chance of that. Geelong obviously saw something in him that nobody else did, so kudos to them for that. Prior to the draft he had just broke into the league team that year.
Where are the so called witness statements and have they been released to the public.Wait, you’re allowed to bash someone if they harassed you? This is an interesting interpretation of criminal law.
Don't ask me. Never made a claim that there was. Think you are after bzparkesWhere are the so called witness statements and have they been released to the public.
Did Ryan bash someone?Wait, you’re allowed to bash someone if they harassed you? This is an interesting interpretation of criminal law.
Nah, cut him.I'm watching last year's St Kilda win and Brockman is playing brilliantly, involved in a lot of the play, laying heaps of tackles. It's a real shame he decided to get drunk and wander the streets fighting at 4am. Especially after the previous years car accident (IMO driving under the influence, otherwise why flee the scene?)
If he is somehow able to get his act together and pay his debt to society, I think a lot of people are sleeping on his talent. With some more consistency playing to his full potential he could be a real threat. And God knows we need speedy forwards in the team right now.
Absolutely. Taking a spot that should have been for Charlie Banfield, hopefully we come to our senses before the MSD and not after.Nah, cut him.
He hasn't learnt from his first mistake.
He's not good enough to keep getting multiple chances.
Agreed. The list isn't at the stage where keeping the problem child and hoping he comes good is going to benefit.Nah, cut him.
