Jesse Minter now confirmed to be getting a 2nd interview.

Darren Rizzi the special teams coordinator for the Broncos also got a first round interview today

The buzz through Ravens fan social media is Minter with Kingsbury as OC is the way the organisation is leaning.


I would be pretty "Meh" about it if true.


Really would like to see Lamar in Shanahan or McVay tree offense with either Kubiak or Scheelhaase

If we don't sign Minter in the next 48 hours you have to think they're waiting for one of the championship game coaches.

I'm happy with it being Minter - he was probably my 2nd favourite candidate as he seems like a good guy and a great teacher that players want to play for. He always had an inside track for the job given his previous history with the organisation and the fact he's about as close as you can get to having Mike Macdonald without him actually being Mike

There's pretty much universal praise for this one





The only qualms I've seen are that he's young (only 29 and therefore the youngest coordinator in the league), hasn't called plays before and that his dad* is a racist


* His dad Chris is a former Iowa S&C coach who Urban Meyer tried to hired when he was with the Jags but then had to backtrack on when his previous comments/behaviour got out

I wonder if he was there preferred target given the timing of him being released by the dolphins yesterday and signing with us today.

Leonard looked like a great option but given there is no play calling opportunity on defence in Baltimore it's a given that he would not choose us over a team that offered that.

Over all of Lamar's play off games the D has only created TWO turnovers to help him out.

The team has tried to money ball out Oline and failed miserably.

Harbaugh failed to make the most of the team he was given, time and time again.

I don’t think the D has been anything special but Baltimore has been successful in the regular season due to the O which isn’t producing in the postseason.
