Honestly, I don't understand how these public personalities (sports people or otherwise) think they can do this shit and think it wont come out at some point in time. I mean these people are in a hotel room, bar, house or whatever doing whatever and someone is taking happy snaps FFS. Any person with half a working brain cell would have to pull that up immediately and say "oi, gimme that phone and I'll delete those pics/vids". Or better still, remove yourself from that Environment.
In 2012 I got an invite to a player function via a sponsor and the well known club captain (one of the co-organisers of the function) made a point of going around to everyone and saying "no photos today fellas". Nothing untoward happened while I was there other than a fair few bevies and some laughs but the point is, he was smart enough and forceful enough to ensure no photos where taken to get out.
