The current colonoscopy cocktail is awful, I couldn't finish it and refused to drink the last cup.

The doctor still said my bowels were pristine and clear so now I know I don't gotta finish it next time.

The bowel prep stuff I had maybe half a dozen years ago wasn't nearly as bad.

We got sent home without any glasses or eye covers and told not to worry about it. 2 days later we asked about eye protection for our boy and they didn’t understand why we were told we didn’t need any.




It’s absurd. My partner works nsw gov and they got the back to work notice just to cram into a hard as fuc to get to parramatta office where their departments are scattered across floors and spend the entire day on the phone or teams to their colleagues anyway.

Hospital, so I ended up having an 9 night stay as I was a private patient so they would wake me up to feed her every 4 hours which helped.
