Its a pretty good series. Access is unreal. Not sure Kingsley comes across as a mastercoach, but its extraordinary he and the club allowed the producers to use the footage they did.

Yeah bit of a tough watch tbh.

No surprise Roberts was behind the vote, he is still very passionate about the club. I remember him roasting us for a while on facebook a couple years back for the state we are in

Wonder if there's a feeling that the president is still starry eyed about a coach well past his prime. I don't mind Hoods but that does come across in the way she talks; stay the course yadda yadda Clarko's in control. Could completely understand grievances from other stakeholders, given that Clarko is currently not in control of a rising football team, but rather the bus at the very end of The Italian Job. If she was a bloke the yes man accusations would be fairly frequent, I reckon

Post season = players in for surgery/ on the piss.

It doesn't matter in a national comp. The only reason it matters in the League comp is the history of that competition and the way the NSWRL used to dominate the game financially.

I didn't even watch it this year.

The perfect time is never. An archaic concept that should never have been revived. Only interest in the game is crossing your fingers and toes and hoping your star players make it through unscathed.
