These games are going to unfortunately happen a lot with a bunch of kids out there. My worry is that without enough good seniors out there to learn from that the improvement is going to be hard to come by.

Outside of Vlastuin and Taranto our seasoned older guys have not been good enough. The recent draftees have all shown promise but the guys in that 3-6 year gap just aren’t good enough.
Rioli, Ross, Hugo, Brown, Sonsie. All capable of playing the odd good game but are their absolute best, mid tier footballers.

Give a game to anyone in the VFL who can hit a target, take a mark, stick a tackle and doesn’t panic dispose out of a pack.

Can you please tell me how Yze could’ve improved our team from the players available.

McAuliffe was bang average in the VFL which is why we lost to Coburg. Ross would’ve had 40+.

Our issue is that the players we need most are injured.

Maybe don't play hopper. Maybe play a genuine ruck. Maybe not the same set play from kick outs 8p% of the time.

There's 3 off the top of my head.

another week in a row we have come out absolutely meek in the 3rd quarter after sticking with a finals bound team for a half.

I know - but its going to happen as the group they have in there atm don't appear to have to personalities to challenge within - its very very clear. Yze should NEVER have been extended to 2028! Hi record is worse than Mark Neeld, and we locked him in for 5 ****ing years.

A challenge will come as this group has no one internally challenging them

Ross might be a battler but he is outperforming Hopper who is meant to be a gun. Hopper shouldn’t play again until he dominates. He needs a month in the VFL to be reminded his salary doesn’t guarantee him a game.
