King really is a 'mark or bust' type player.

Just does absolutely nothing if he doesn't take the grab. Often just stands still/walks around a bit. Occasaionlly he'll do a half-hearted jog.
Put him in the ruck

The Suns are still in this, more due to the Swans being wasteful than them playing great footy.

He is a right footer too so surely that is a better percentage shot on an angle than trying to snap it on his non preferred foot.

He isn't the only Swans player to miss an easy shot on goal today but he is definitely their worst offender with a 0.4 scoreline.
Amarty 0.3
McDonald 1.2
Curnow 0.4

As well held as King was held he scored more goals than all of Sydney's key forwards put together. All 3 are repeat offenders as well and a lot more often than a main forward should.

GC2015 back to our discussions last year, Gold Coast are still not proper contenders until their level on the road is much closer to their dominance at GC or in the NT.
Haha okay mate. After a month on the road, I'm looking forward to getting Petracca and Humphrey back for a home game next week. They've both been sorely missed in the last fortnight and it'll be nice to get back on our home deck after an extended run on the road.

Superb team up north, so the home games will be great.

Relatively unproven elsewhere against decent teams. Sydney were missing Gulden and could have won by 10 goals.

ah yes. the swans famous home grounds of melbourne, bye, perth and adelaide certainly gave them and advantage today.

Yes, Swans were way better team and missed some easy shots, comical ones from Curnow. Swans better in contest, pressure, shocking disparity in tackling. They do look top 4 right now.

A lot of Suns players not in form, middle still issue, Witts looks in serious trouble with new rules. Work in progress. Petracca, Humphrey to the rescue next week. They do need to lift effort and settle some roles.

Yeah, I'm definitely not saying the Suns are a bad team. They just have progression ahead of them before people lock them in for a run of grand finals. Road form is a big part of that, as much as dominant home form is the first step (already practically achieved).
