Goad is an upgrade on CCJ. Stiffy getting back some touch for a recall. BG must get another year, there are at least 6 that you would offload before cutting such a talented kid - just needs a run of luck and look out

There might be a few gaps to fill, but the list is in better shape than has been since Scott wrecked it at the end of 2016. George, Goater, Hardeman, Goad, Whitlock, Dawson - when did we last have that quality playing in the 2s?

Goad is an upgrade on CCJ.

Especially this week against a Richmond team fielding rucks who are probably less developed than Goad.

Rare that he'd get that kind of competition at AFL level. This was obviously the week to bring him in and it's a big mistake us not having done so.
