Rowell might come good eventually as I only have 3 R12 currently so not overloaded

Already had way too many R15 players (most were rookies anyway and have two Brisbane players already) so couldn't bring in any of the Brisbane mids, and decided to clear another R15 player in Harley and bring in Rowell as I only have 3 on R12 currently.
