The Eagles fans seem fairly patient. I agree I think he should go. This whole AFL thing where coaches get thee years before anyone dare questions results is very unique.

What's interesting about the Eagles is you hear fans and past players say everyone should be patient given their success. Their last premiership was 2018, they are not exactly Richmond coming off a three peat or what I would call recent.
