I am a sovereign citizen and don't accept this result and neither should our supporters. We need to rise up.

We beat them in last years Grand Final so that should give us a credit.

Not surprised by the loss. When comparing the two teams they had far stronger ins this week than us.

Bit worried in the way we lost though. Watching Sydney last week I was worried a team like them would have to much pace for us on the outside with the handball game. Geelong showed tonight that’s something we struggle with.

All in all though when you think about it there’s a few blokes there tonight not up to it right now (Cody, Jimmy and Marshall) and more concerning a shitload of regulars down on last years output (Hugh, Fletcher, Cam, Dunks). Harris has been off the last couple of weeks too, I assume still carrying the corky. These are the guys who need to find form for us to be any chance later in the year.

The worry for me is all the blokes who’ve had injury-affected starts to the season and understandably not been in peak form are showing no signs of improvement and if anything are regressing.

Well that was an ugly ugly night. Out coached again. Scott seems to do very well at shifting things up and we struggle to adjust. So many guys looked sore and didnt pressure. Half tackles and fumbles all over the field.

Charlie is in AA form.

Fort tried hard.

Morris and Levi were OK.

Cant really see anyone else with a passing grade

Repeat failure to do the non-negotiables all game of keeping our feet, sticking our tackles and half decent ball handling made it a diabolical night for us. They had the same conditions and were a level above. Midfield absolutely smashed.

Happy to let us have it by the media. We played badly.
Some players really had their pants pulled down.

Jack Riewoldt the try hard edgy strong opinioned media presence taking cheap shots and questioning where we are at. All an attempt to try cheapen our success which he feels threatened by.

The first part of the 2nd term was good and gave us all hope things might turn around. The rest was nowhere near good enough.

While it's a fact that this is the 4th game in 18 days, the truth is the Cats were far too good, owning us on transition.

A top 4 finish is going to be hard to achieve with a record of 6-4. This could be the year we see the toll of playing 80 of a possible 81 games across 2023-25.

Hard to nurse injury-affected guys through when you also have 4-5 of the first 18 out.

Our current performance level can’t survive our mids not winning clearance. Top 4 looking tough unless we get a clean bill of health and massively lift.

Positives Dizzy got a blow out of rust.
Logan Charles and Levi good games.
Midfield absolutely spanked not shitting on Will thought he was playing injured but the amount of times he was leisurely strolling around when we didn't have the ball was crap but then we would win it back and he would sprint to try and get a touch applied zero pressure tonight.
