You're going to get very frustrated here, RCAB, because posters like me aren't changing their view that it was an accident, with the defining element being the fact that Mihocek's movements were beyond even his own control.

It was a pile drive that could've caused someone to be quadriplegic.

3/4 front facelock into a modified sit-out DDT.
Everyone's been saying for years that the AFL is essentially becoming the WWE by how manufactured the 'product' and results are.

This is just a natural progression of that.

I see there has been some delayed concussion, mainly by a few of the posters in the last two pages. Meanwhile this is a sensible outcome after another howler on the Greg Swan watch.

Should Greg be on borrowed time?

And this WWE move was ticked off.

Collingwood have Port in two weeks. Carr should instruct his players what the AFL has ticked this off in terms of tackling, and should use this technique on Nick Daicos.

You don't do your argument any favours by going with simplistic overblown terminology. Basically the argument came down to what was reasonably available to the tackling player. Given Mihochek slipped as Frampton executed the tackle it is hard to work out what else he could have done except not tackling or physically trying to hold Mihochek up.

Not pile his head into the ground.

Agree with the sentiment of RCAB - whether he meant harm or not he smashed the blokes head/neck into the ground and I am appalled he didn't get weeks. Sets a precedent that if a player ducks into you then you can just carry their momentum straight into the turf - pretty inconsistent with previous rulings on the matter

Pies get the best luck in these MRP cases I swear

Careful joe444, you’ll get put on ignore.

How am I ever going to survive being ignored by an imbecile who wants players to drive Daicos’ head into the ground.

What an absolute muppet.

Anyone who thinks he's lucky to get off should read Framptons full evidence.
Not to mention the AFLs evidence , what was Frampton meant to do ? According to the AFL case the reason Frampton failed in his duty of care was and I quote "a reasonable player in the circumstances would have released the tackle". Anyone saying Frampton should be suspended please tell me if you think any player in the AFL is releasing tackles mid way through the act when a player charges at them to barge through.... Cause that's the basis of the AFLs insane reasoning that Frampton should stop tackling and let him go . You want players at your clubs releasing tackles now .
