Careful joe444, you’ll get put on ignore.

How am I ever going to survive being ignored by an imbecile who wants players to drive Daicos’ head into the ground.

What an absolute muppet.
I will admit when he put you on ignore I felt a little left out so had to go back for a second go.

Not to mention the AFLs evidence , what was Frampton meant to do ? According to the AFL case the reason Frampton failed in his duty of care was and I quote "a reasonable player in the circumstances would have released the tackle". Anyone saying Frampton should be suspended please tell me if you think any player in the AFL is releasing tackles mid way through the act when a player charges at them to barge through.... Cause that's the basis of the AFLs insane reasoning that Frampton should stop tackling and let him go . You want players at your clubs releasing tackles now .

Players driving with their head has been happening for weeks now! Look out for it this weekend, extremely awkward to tackle but the general play i've seen is yes, releasing the tackle and then tackling again. It's a tactic to get head high free-kicks

And this WWE move was ticked off.

Collingwood have Port in two weeks. Carr should instruct his players what the AFL has ticked this off in terms of tackling, and should use this technique on Nick Daicos.
Yeah, we heard you the first time.

And second.

And third.

And fourth.

And now the fifth.

And it doesn't get any less unhinged every time you post it.

Point me to just one example of a successful tackle being applied then being released

Happens consistently in games, your mob are notorious for it. Tackle, let go, wait for prior, tackle again.

The head-driving happens so frequently now that players just release the tackle and hold their hands up to the ump pleading that it's not their fault.

Glad to see sanity has prevailed.

The loons on bigfooty who analyse these incidents in still frames are in shambles.

Majority of people on bigfooty don’t seem to realise that duty of care doesn’t mean that you’re automatically responsible for anything bad that ever happens.

Dab.

So if Nick Daicos is picking the ball off the ground and you pile drive his head into the turf, then it's all good right?

MEMO to all clubs to do this, instead of tagging him. Just take him out.
This is pathetic posting, even by your standards.

They have classed this particular incident as an accident.

That's clear intent to harm, Roby. :$ :$ :$

But the AFL has ticked it off. It's a clear tackling technique that AFL players can use now.

You cannot cry if Nick Daicos is tackled in this manner and taken out.

Players should use this now regardless if there's a risk of quadriplegia.

Good to see so many in here blinded by the light or should I say black and white. Haven't heard one media person think he should've been suspended. And many have been vocal that he shouldn't have been. We all know the real reason the small minority wanted Framton rubbed out. And it ain't the reason they claiming.

MRO and tribunal needs to be fired into the sun. How can you have one committee says its worth a 3 match penalty and then another committee says nothing to see here.

This then perpetuates the appearance that some clubs get a ride, whilst others get taxed with this biased judicial system.

I don't know why you are so fixated on wanting Daicos to be intentionally injured, or rather, permanently disabled. You've gone off the deep end lately Roby. Be better.

Avoiding quadriplegia isn't a good reason?

He's clearly using Daicos as an analogy because he's your prodical son and you 100% would have the whips cracking if this was on Daicos and it was an opposition player. Why are Pies fans deliberately being ignorant to the greater argument at hand?

I don't agree with your argument that it should be used on Davros.

But I do agree with your general implication - if it had been Nicky boy on the receiving end of this tackle (and the Maynard flying forearm for that matter) then their views regarding the incident would have been far, far different.

So you can take the Pies' supporters views on this with a significant grain of salt.

If this happened to Daicos, Pies fans would be calling for the opposing player to be suspended for the rest of the season… if not his career. Talk about black and white glasses

The 'greater argument at hand' is that accidents happen on a football field.

Only an analogy? Re-read his seven posts about how players 'should' target Daicos. It's pure scathing hatred of him!
