I have seen Springsteen there twice and both times it took over 2 hours to get out of the car park. The 2nd time we were prepared and took some chairs and an Esky and waited for the traffic to clear.

I was at that show. Was my first of many Pearl Jam shows. They are still one of the best live bands.

It's 25 years since the epic show at Calder Park. What a day that was. An experience for a then 16 year old. So hot then the massive storm hit and there was doubts about them going on stage. Overpriced food and drinks $5 for water. Massive issues getting out of there. The trains had stopped...

They do. It's called AAMI Park. I have seen a few concerts there both on the ground and in the stands and I think it's much better then Etihad.

I was about 50mt from the stage on the ground and I thought that they got the sound right after 2 songs. That was an amazing gig. Civil War was my favourite of the night. Would have loved to hear My Michelle and Patience.

We were prepared for it and took an esky and food for after the show. We were watching the cars and one moved a carlength in 45 minutes.

That was a great show last night. Hanging Rock is a fantastic venue. (Apart from getting out of there) Magnificent set list as well.

Last time it took forever to get out of the car park. Taking an esky this time to kill time until it clears.

I got mine for hanging rock in about 2 minutes. Very easy. Now to decide if I go to the AAMI show as well.

Michael Gudinski was on Melbourne radio this morning and hinted at a Feb tour. Also mentioned Hanging Rock as a venue.
