Do you reckon, if you were in the position Mark and Sam are in, that you would even play an idol to keep both of you in the game? I’d be inclined to not, and leave the remaining player with two idols, basically guaranteeing top four for one (and a jury vote, obviously)
Even if it was a rule, I’d make sure to hand it before the final vote is read out. If one of them goes next (after the purgatory return), with two idols, final 5 is guaranteed for one of them. Am I right in saying we’ve seen just one idol played and one idol flushed so far?
Controversial opinion, but in the first two rebooted Australian Survivor final challenges, you couldn’t lift your feet or move your hands. Yes this was brutal but at least you could move around
