Easiest way is with Moneybookers...don't need a credit card or anything to receive money, then just transfer to bank account. Better than PayPal in my experience and have had no hassles whatsoever dealing with people in Europe and the US.

give them your Swift and Bank Acct number and they fo a TT from their bank to yours.
