Pump games into the kid and watch him flourish. Looked phenomenal taking the game on, his kicking will improve with confidence. Wish these kids would run their full measure before bouncing though.

I really like how Ralphy's contested game has improved. Shut down the bulldogs half forwards on the weekend. Kept Anthony Scott to 5 touches and zero impact on the game.
Can easily see him being long term replace for Vlastuin / Broad as a mid-sized half back.

Yep, really loved the improvement in this side of his game so far this year, shows how quickly he can translate the off-field messaging on improvements he needs to make into tangible on-field results.
There's nothing coaches love more than a highly 'coachable' young player, they'd be thrilled with his progress.
Longer term, I suspect he's midfield bound and doing the long established apprenticeship on a HBF, just has a torso which should see him become a very solid unit down the track. Either way, back or in the guts, he looks like becoming a very good player.
