Soft, terrible decision maker, good for a match-defining mistake most weeks, coward, impostor, genuine giblet-fraud.

Happy to relinquish blame as long as it's not directed at him... the problem, not the solution.

TBH he's been much better at his contested work this year, full on winning groundballs and weaving into and out of traffic.

I find it hard to call him soft or anything like that now. I've noticed a few times where he's chasing the loose ball and lets the oppo from the other direction get it first to try and tackle instead but that's more common these days (especially with a build like his vs blokes 20k heavier) probably in part due to the whole taking possession while on the ground rule interpretations.

In general he's improved quite a bit this year and is holding his spot easily.

Yep, not the issue. Been good this year.

But BF Logic will do whatever it takes to find a flaw in players doing well.

could of easily kicked 3 goals yesterday so the tune on here would be different,getting to the right spots,needs more polish.

Always has the facial expression of a man half way thru a designated role. He's the Football equivalent of the Fire Warden or the dude who often walks around with a single blank piece of paper hoping to look busy.

I agree he's improved out of sight, hence why I'm prepared to call him a scrubber.

He's moving on up with us.

I think moving forward, we need to establish a 'Fraud Squad Limit' on number of these types in our team, if Dyldo is chosen, fine, but that's means you can't then double down with McDonald, Scott, Simpkin, Daniel, Darling, Corr, Spargo, Fisher. Not a single one in addition to Stephen. Just can't.

Not everyone needs to be Rambo, but **** we can't have ~5 non-entities for anything likely to be troublesome on the body.

Disco is just a bit-parts midfielder. Runs well. Reasonable kick. Not much else though. Wouldn't get a game in a Top 8 side. But he has been reasonable this season. I give him that.
