Maybe you are just biased?

I don't consider myself to be. I see myself as more of a realist, call a spade a spade etc. You won't see me on here making outlandish, deluded calls like we're going to beat Geelong this weekend for example. Sheezel was considered top 5 in the comp last year or something like that by Champion Data. A high % of people had Sheezel in their AA Team (70 something percent from memory), but no, not picked.

Ben Brown in one of his 60+ goal seasons was very unlucky from memory. I'm sure there's many other examples that just don't come to mind right now.

When it comes to a 50/50 call, it pretty much always goes against us.

Agree. Goldy as well from memory managed to be "not quite good enough" whilst they regularly found second ruckman spots for players that - quite frankly - will be a puzzling trivia question already to answer.

Would be curious to find out who the last North player prior to Goldy who made the all AA squad actually.

As above - like drew petrie in 2011 when he wasn’t in the top 10 goalkickers and averaged four hitouts a game but was picked on the bench as a second ruck?

But nah everyone is against us

Ben brown made the AA squad at least once, iirc the same year Higgo made the AA team.

Boomer? Think LT made the squad in 2013 too but not the final 22
One of the best years from a small forward in living memory.

There was a kick he made under pressure across the defensive goals that was centimetre perfect that let me know this kid is going to be very very good.

Want him to be our distributor off half back.

Would go a long way to minimising the Lerch/Daniel howler turnovers
We need to get Goater and Archer back there with him. All three can defend and Goater and Hards could create.

And that releases Kerch to a wing and Daniel to to VFL

He should take all the kick outs moving forward. At a minimum he clears the ball to 65-70 meters. He also doesn’t confuse the shite out of the mids and lead up forwards by running around in a circle and tripping over and his own feet. None of this give and go BS that ends up in turn overs most of the time.
