5) Washington (Dallas) - Devin Harris
6) Atlanta - Josh Childress
7) Pheonix (Chicago) - Luol Deng

What happened with the supposed trades (for picks 5 and 7)?

According to NBA.com, the picks are still owned by Washington and Phoenix respectively.
