Teams picking in the middle/late lotto go for other picks... most of the teams just outside the lotto had their hearts set on big men. Hence the slide. Not too many teams were after a point guard after Portland.

No doubt. Pretty sure Portland and Boston were looking to stack up on SG/SFs in the 20s (Wright, Vujacic etc). Looks like they now may be forced to take one of the remaining bigs. Sure they're not concerned entirely with that, though.

Jameer could slip even further given Boston and Portland have their point guards, and New Jersey is trading the pick. LAL?
