I will be moving Jared Brennan to my forward line next round and harris will be on the pine in the mids and tapscott or darling will move to the pine in my forwards..
all under control..
our match up is close, although i think you will get the chocolates..
and i need dal santo and curnow to score 176 or less between them, not looking good for me this week..

Okay so i need Joey Montagna to be a late withdrawl, Curnow to be the sub or be subbed or heaven to bid injured with only 5 points to his name and Duigan to either be a late withdrawl or score 100 points - not to much to ask for surely

Hmm, so many issues to deal with this week, even more if Montagna is out for more than a week (time will tell).
Broughton needs to go, I've shown faith but he doesn't look like turning it around.
Knights has just about peaked, time to either downgrade to ISmith or upgrade to Pav (got Chappy last week).
I could get rid of Duigan if he scores low tonight or I could hold onto him given the bye. I may hold onto him because I want to upgrade him to Enright but it's best to wait another week as Boris is likely to have a high BE and drop in price a bit for the Carlton game.

Nah I used Krak.
Higgins burnt me last year and I'll never go there ever again.
TBH you could tell on Saturday we were clearly thinking about next week and a lot of players scores were down as a result.
Still happy with Chappy in the longer term, he'll do well on Friday night because he's a big game player, and when you look at our soft draw from about round 13 onwards I can see him racking up some massive scores on the home stretch.

I mean shit, ROK is dirt cheap atm, would be a fool not to get him just because of that bye, now wouldn't it?
Did you use Higgins as well? I was tempted to leave Higgins late Friday night but was dead certain, DEAD CERTAIN, Chappy would help me get a decent score to help go up the rankings.
I agree Chappy will be better by 24 rounds, but gee, it shits us who did the trade to tears.

I haven't watched a Freo game this year, but is it true to say that Broughton is playing more of a defensive role and will be freed up a bit once Hayden, Silvagni, etc come back into the team?

Burn bitch burn! Thanks for screwing up my trade plans...either have to mess up my upgrade/downgrade plans or sit him on the bench for 4 weeks until I get a chance to attend to my backline as planned--will probably be the latter thanks to having full backline bench coverage.

No problems. If you want to take a risk you could probably get his cousin for under 400k in about 2 weeks if you dont already have him
Edit: Actually Nick will be cheaper than Jack after lockout tonight i think. Someone confirm?
Edit: Pretty sure i am going Swallow > Chapman and Curnow > Mundy this week. Should leave me with;
M: Swan, Boyd, Judd, Chapman, Selwood, Mundy
F: Franklin, Rioli, Goodes, N.Roo, J.Roo, Darling, Petrie
Week after, Tapscott > I.Smith and McKernan > Newman. Would open up MPP in the mid/fwd with a rookie so i can easily switch Chapman to the forwards and use Harris as the M6. Have to wait and see if I.Smith is named first. If not, may wait it out with Chapman in the middle until Mzungu comes in. (But then won't be able to get Newman either, as planned)
The Curnow injury stings a little though, after bringing in Newman next week, instead of having roughly 50-60k left over, it'll be 20k or so.

depending on team selections it's either no trades or
Curnow > Jacobs
and either Stanley > Adcock or Swallow > Boyd
Most likely the former as Boyd now has a 150 B/E and might cost a bit too much.

Was going to go Libba > Smith and Curnow > Boyd but in light of Grimes injury I will just be doing the one trade and going Grimes > Adcock as I have $174,000 in the bank and can grab anyone I want.
Next week I will most likely get Boyd instead or the week after as he has a breakeven of 150 this week.
