I don't think Proctor will get done. Very very very minor lifting.

Didn't see Cronk but if reported he will go.

The St George player made it look worse that it was in that chicken wing..bunch of sookygirls who play for the dragqueens:p
We've had a bad run with the refs this year and I'd pay for Bellyache's fine if he had a whinge about them this year.

As a Dragons fan, please allow me to express my condolences and just say BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

That game put you into the 8 yeah?

Oh it didn't and you are still doubtful to make the finals. Darn.

Nothing in that Proctor lift nor a sighting for Cooper. Yay!!

But now one of those Sydney journos is having pot shots at Lowe not being sighted for something or other at the 44th min. mark of the game. They must sit and watch every storm game, scrutinize every movement and pause it to find something to whinge about......seriously, I am over the Sydney media and their hatred of the Storm players and wonder if they watch any other team!

Last week they were all out for something Cam Smith apparently did..never a week goes by when this media hate surfaces:mad:

Try living here.

Anyway glad both weren't cited.

Apparently Kostjasyn has signed for another club. Not fussed as I don't rate him. I am though a tad concerned about the players we have lost already this year.

Those big 3 and the huge contracts they are on are going to hurt this club.

Yes it is a bit of a concern, but Storm are looking at retaining some of the juniors in the U20's
squad, like Tohu Harris, Ben Hampton, Slade Griffin, Fanou and and a few others, who, imo, should have at least cracked a game during Origin this year.

Rory's off to the Cowboys, not a loss in my eyes either.
Manu to the Panthers, very injury prone.
Neilson to the Warriors and I really can't see him getting a regular spot with them.

It will be great seeing some Melbourne born and bred players in the team next year.

Why not, Coop? The Warriors aren't exactly flushed with centres. By my count they've got two: Hurrell and Ben Henry. They're often reduced to playing second-rowers in the centres.

Not up to standard imo Moto. He's average at best, but don't get me wrong I do wish him well at the Warriors.

Great win by the boys in Purple and smiling for the 1st time in weeks:)

Liked the fact Bellyache finally weilded the axe and dumped Neilson to the NSW Cup after threatening to do so weeks ago lol. He can be too loyal to his players most times, but a wake up call to some, works a treat.

The crowd was really noisy today. the loudest I heard for a long time.

I hated the 3.30pm start to the game, the biggest rush in my life to get to a game. I hope this timeslot doesn't become a permanent fixture for the Storm, especially on a Sat. a/noon.

I guess if you pick a fixture to get your game back on track, a home match against the Panthers would be top of the list. Still, the Storm played great stuff in that first half. Didn't cover themselves in glory in the second half, though.

Will know more on Friday night vs. the Titans who came very close to knocking off the Bunnies, in fact I thought they were very unlucky with some of the refs calls.

I am very worried about playing the Titans this week, Bird is back and they are almost at full strength with a commitment to make the 8. Storm need to play the full 80 minutes this week for a win against a team that should have beaten the Bunnies last week except for some terrible refs decisions.

There's a 25% discount for afl members who present their cards to the game this week and with no afl on in town a good chance to see what should be a great game of footy.

Its also Jesse B's 50th NRL game for the Storm.

I just watched the highlights again, and I don't think the Titans were hard done by. O'Dwyer's push was rightly penalised, and I reckon the onside after Big Sam's kick was OK, as did Harrigan. Bit of luck about Farrell's try, obviously.

Todd Lowrie to the Warriors.

Link

The Warriors have raided the Melbourne Storm for the second time this season, with veteran backrower Todd Lowrie joining Dane Nielsen next season.

Warriors recruitment manager Dean Bell yesterday confirmed that Lowrie, who made his 158th first-grade appearance against the Titans on Friday, will join the club on a two-year deal, running through to the end of the 2014 season.
