Scotland and Rockliff/Boyd or
Murphy and Shaw

I'd go Scotland and Rockcliff/Boyd mate.

Not much separating Rockcliff/Boyd with Murphy.

I however think that Scotland is more consistent than Shaw and plays midfield.

Ok mines this fellas -

Golby vs M.Clarke

Wingard vs Ledger vs C.Smith

A.Hall vs Pfiffer vs Dixon vs Couch (Best two for bench and why?)

Cheers in advance guys. All thoughts appreciated.

JM. :thumbsu:

Ledger out of the second lot.

Dickson and Hall toss a coin out of the third lot.

First one does my head in. Would love to think Golby will play the same role as the NAB but am sceptical of that. Clarke thus saving the cash may be safer but I aint too set on him either(hence locking Mohr on my bench last week).

Goddard + Paine/Rookie vs Shaw/Birchall + Clarke

Who do you reckon will get more points?

Defenders at this point are
Goddard, Lids, Broughton, Malceski, Lake, Ellis, Bugg, Morris, Paine

Goddard and Mohr would have been nice. Am maybe leaning towards Shaw/Clarke but would wait and see who is named tomorrow night and if there seems an alright option the Goddard and rookie option may suffice.

Chapman. Should outscore Harvey and comes with the same injury risk as Gray but a more impressive record to show he can average 105 plus without it being as much of a gamble.

Good reply thanks. Still mighty tempted to go Gray, reckon this is finally his year. That said I'm already taking risks on Maceski and Lake so Chappy is probably the safer option.

I feel Gray could average 97-100 this year. If you can use the extra 50000 to strengthen your team elsewhere it could be worth the risk. If just a straight out head to head for a spot in the 22 I would take Chapman.

Cloke, other 2 are injury concerns, and i expect Cloke to explode this year. He'll have the better ave from that group easily

Hargraves V Bower & $123K
I would have to go with Hargrave mate, Pre-season has been very impressive.

I've got a couple here that I would like some assistance with.

Caddy vs Lucas for M4
Leaving me with a midfield like this Ablett, Murphy, Boyd, Caddy/Lucas, Shiel, Mcdonald (Ledger, Magner)

AND

Bower vs Marty Clarke for D6

Cheers

Having gray would just give me a bit over 100k in the bank so it wouldn't strengthen my team, it would provide good insurance if Malceski or lake go down though.

caddy v lucas - sorry mate i really have no idea.

bower v marty clarke - again, i don't know a lot about these two. i'm assuming you either already have lake or don't have enough money to get him?
i would probably lean toward clarke as collingwood need to play some young blokes to give them experience so i would think he would get some games early. how well he will convert these games to points i'm not sure. sorry I wasn't much help mate. these are probably the only 4 players I haven't really looked in to.

mine is goddard vs delidio?

I'm thinking delidio to start and then use goddard as an upgrade target if he's going alright? thoughts? (i also have broughton and enough cash to go goddard and delidio {i have scotland as well})
