ok no... so I was a way off that train of thought.

Good to see WA undefeated, had a poor couple of years in the U16's and that was reflected in this years U18 champs and it will take a solid loss against Vic country to see us lose the title.

The NW Western Australia side is really going to strengthen development pathways in the area and give WA added depth to the U18's side down the track. That's until or unless they get there own side in the Div 2 U18 Champs.

Or will players born in 1997 have to wait until next year?

Shit I'm starting to feel "old."

Imagine at the end of this decade watching players born in 2000, 1999, 1998, 1997, 1996 and 1995 strut their stuff at AFL level.
