Good call. Think it was Michael Turner at the Geelong Falcons who said he would captain a club one day (might have been referring to Brisbane at the time).

I think MM's style of coaching will make a lot more players add defensive parts to their game. MM has always been the type of coach to reward players that play the way he wants them to play and has never been afraid to drop players for not following the team line.
He's hard but fair.
The fact that the list has a lot of depth when healthy and historically MM has always had decent luck with injuries (this could be just luck but I was interested to read he does not allow tackling till late in the preseason ... so maybe he knows what AFL bodies can take and what they can't????) so in essence as long as the list remains relatively healthy there is pressure for spots ... ergo players will be desperate to listen and enact what the coach wants them to do ... ergo we have the list. Bad call.

good call- the unit unifies. players are flexible. the players are NOT good enough but the plan is sound. It works. The players become good enough. The plan works better. We win
You throw a big fat ruck in front of this team, and a horse the size of Casboult, and he will splash packs while he takes bucket marks at Centre Half Forward, and I'd reckon we are very well on the way.

Goodish call. Lots have to go right, Laids and Jamo to stay injury free, Henderson to not be needed forward, Watto to improve overhead and use his cannon kick more.

Good call. Was so frustrating that Ratts didn't see the long run benefit of Gibbs forward of centre. There's no way Mick doesn't have him on top of the list of people he wants kicking it inside 50. Well,maybe Yaz.

Bad call (sorry mate).
MM may well facilitate positional changes for Bryce, but it doesn't matter who is directing in the box, or what position the player is moved to - if the player doesn't want to take the next step, and doesn't put in the hard yards to make it happen, then it just won't eventuate.
Bryce has to be the one that makes himself as a footballer, he has to take that responsibility and really he is the only one that can do it.
Tom Temay to have the greatest impact of the 3 ND draftees in 2013. GC/BC?
