I went with craegus's idea with the fictive as mine was taking too long. The idea is the you'll play 1 intra division game, then 1 inter division game, then 1 intra division game. Then repeat.

The second intra division in the group of three games will be the reverse to the first intra division game. The only thing is that in the middle of the fixture, there is no inter division round meaning four intra division games in a row against three different opponents.
