Yes. But if players like Hodge, Mitchell, Burgoyne and to a minor extent Lake and Gibson are being rested that's where I see his best chances of games will arrive.

If there is injuries or poor form inside the back 6 as well that will leave him in the mix

Also doesn't help Whitecross didnt play a NAB Challenge game.

Not yet, clubs have till 2pm tomorrow to announce elevations i believe....so hopefully he is upgraded tomorrow!

As a Melbourne supporter who has watched Casey's last two games (van Demon only played last week) I doubt he'll play round 1. But I think he'll get games in a few weeks.

And, of course, I could be wrong.

It was actually the last change I made - as I prefer the forward rookie options compared to the mids. I know it goes against logic and the side may have to be adjusted again once the full sides are available - but players like Redpath, Lonie etc - I just feel they have more JS than a Clem Smith for Carlton (for example....)

First time playing dream team in like 4 years so here goes. Tried to pick a few unique selections (e.g. Adcock, Christensen, Watson) just to mix it up. My back line is probably the weakest aspect of my team. Would love any feedback
