Yeah exactly, they'll see a Twitter feed or something similar & just report it.
It's classic Fox US news speak. 'Its reported that Mundy didn't train' in other words we don't know if it happened or not.
Another one is 'people are saying Ross will coach Carlton next year' what people? In other words, we made it up.

Come on folks, we all know better we're not gonna tank. No way Coach Lyon lets us do that. I'm getting sick of all this stuff about how it would be "easier" for us to win a flag if Hawthorn finishes third and has to fly to Perth and play at Subi. $#@% Hawthorn! We have to believe — and the boys have to — we can beat anyone, anytime, anywhere. The line in their song says they "play to win." We should approach games no differently. The Tassie game was an aberration. I hope the boys' mentality is: We don't care who we play or when we play them. We're the best $#@@%^& team in the comp, we're on top of the ladder and anyone who gets in our way of getting this year's flag is gonna get their @$$ kicked!

course not. We win this week and we lock in top spot. Lyon's mantra is worry about what you can control.

If we win we are 3 games clear of the hawks, 3.5 clear of WCE and only 3 games to play which assures us the double home final. No brainer for Ross.

Ok so, training watchers can you please advise on the following with "likely" or "unlikely" to play based on what you see:

Mundy:
Pavlich:
McPharlin:
Silvagni:
Johnson:
Blakely:

Much thanks! Probably the most suspense we've had in this thread for quite some time.

Reports are that Silvagni is sore due to limited preparation coming into his first game for the year.

Not surprising at all. It's always the second game back that is the harder after a long lay-off IMHO. Although the sports science that goes into these guys now days, that sort of issue is normally minimised.

I suspect Dawson being out put pressure on SCOS to play when he probably shouldn't have, or would have played WAFL. Certainly this week, Dawson available would be more than handy. What a tool of a thing to do

Dawson is a liability imo, him being out is good for us. Showed nothing in that GWS game. I'd rather have Taberner or Mayne back there.
