Wasn't a big fan of his phantom. I think I can warm to Venables but Rotham, yuck, no thanks. Wish Battle would survive to our second pick.

Snoop dogg has done his phantom

# 78 Western Bulldogs - Tyler Keitel / West Perth / 194cm / 91kg

Been a big fan of this kid since he was 18 but had some things to work on that have kept off an AFL list. Seems to have ticked the boxes on that this year and had a dominant year as a CHB who can intercept and take a strong mark. Got good speed and agility and if can get it together might be a real gem.

Thoughts ? will be 21 early next year played 35 senior games with west perth

Followed this kid since he was 16.

Was a 185cm forward then Grew to 194cm in 2 years and struggled to play to his body strength.

I believe his got what it takes and well worth a gamble.

St Kevin’s Oliver Hanrahan is also shaping as a smoky selection, despite only playing school football.

Fremantle, Geelong and Melbourne are all expected to consider the half-forward late in the draft, while Western Bulldogs and St Kilda first showed interest mid-season.

One scout on Friday said Hanrahan was “excellent around goals and a Taylor Duryea-type long term”.

While his omission from the TAC Cup is a concern for some, St Kevin’s director of sport Luke Travers believes it could be a positive.

“I think his advantage will be that because he hasn’t come through the system, he’ll be easier to coach and to mould,” Travers said.

“Most clubs get to the end and pass on picks. Why pass? He might be the diamond you find in all the coal you dig out.”

Hanrahan’s stocks swelled with an impressive game at Geelong Grammar and kicked four goals in an APS representative match.

I like the way he darts out of traffic with real speed. Something we definitely lack. Have heard he's kicking is fairly inconsistent that's the knock?

Yep, pretty much. He misses too many goals on the run under minimal pressure and targets inside 50 for my liking. He will give us something with his speed, but I fear he will also contribute to our weaknesses as well. I wouldn't be taking him at our first pick.

Apparently Andy McGrath sledged Griffin Logue during the carnival with "how many kids have you got?". I think he should go no. 1 for that call alone.

Hello Doggies fans.

We're having a mock draft on our own Board and I drew the Dogs as my "team"

I took Berry at 18 for "you" on the basis that class is class.

Looks now that Todd Marshall might also be available at your Pick 26 (which is coming up soon for me) and I reckon he would be worth the investment as probably the best tall KPF in the draft so I'm going with that if he's still there.

Am on the right track?

Apologies if there is a better consensus idea in this thread but I don't have the time to wade through 126 pages.

PS.

Your other popular choices as per your poll (in Battle, English, Hayward and Simpkin) are already spoken for.

At 26 I say take him. Berry's a good choice also.

Edit :Marshall isn't a key forward. Can't mark. More like Jarrad Grant (happy days)
Is this from the man himself? His marking seems good to me but if he's saying that I'll obviously rethink my opinion. So what does he see him as then, a super tall mid? A defender?

Oliver Hanrahan stopped TAC cup at the start of the year for school cricket and district cricket commitments at the Melbourne cricket club so I've heard by a few sources. Gun cricketer, better footballer.
