I'm going with Kennedy. Mature age and should get plenty of game time at Melbourne. Milera is a first year player and has Charlie Cameron to compete with.
I see where you are coming from, but BK has history of spudding it up when the real heat is on, just ask Kadog

Milera played SANFL last year against men & is very very classy with ball in hand.

BK does have JS which could outweigh everything.

Already have Wingard, Barlow, SGray, Hall, Wells in FWDs.
Thoughts on who to add out of these guys?
Greene, Buddy, DeGoey, Steele?

kennedy or milera
I'm hoping we get a few of Hewett, Papley Tippa, Adams, Newman, Byrne, Ruggles, Menadue so I don't have to take either

I'll go BenKen though

I'd go the 2 with decent history, rather than the 2 breakout potentials.

Buddy over Greene for me

If you add one of those four that's a pretty stacked forward line other lines will be weaker imho.

Backs are weakest.... (Rance Laird Rich, Dea, Brown, Tippa)
Mids are fairly solid IMO (Danger, Gaz, Rocky, Cripps, Libba, Steele, Mills, Kerridge)
Rucks are strong (Goldy, NicNat)
Forwards would be beastly (Wingard, Barlow, SGray, Hall, Wells...... + 1 more out of Greene, Buddy, DeGoey)

If you wanna go beastly go buddy has sc histoRy where others havent.

Would leave me with starting team of;

Rance, Laird, Rich, Dea, Brown, Tippa
Danger, Gaz, Rocky, Cripps, Libba, Steele, Mills, Kerridge
Goldy, NicNat
Wingard, Barlow, SGray, Buddy, Hall, Wells

** Still thinking of downgrading Forwards to make backline a bit more solid, but I have more faith in Barlow, Gray, Hall, Wingard, Buddy than any of the backs between $400-$500k.

*** Is it right to start Fantasy Supercoach without Nat Fyfe?

There's no right or wrong before R1. By R6 you'll be a genius or a dickhead.

So Hall was great late last year with all of GCs midfield out. GAJ and Prestia are supposedly right for round 1 yeah?

Supposedly yes
Swallow and JOM not ready for quite sometime

The issue being, those fairly colossal score came in absence of Prestia/Ablett/ JOM/Swallow - we don't know how Ablett and Prestia will effect that, let alone the other two - one would pressume he drops output, but by how much? Surely, he maintains some midfield rotation - but who knows to what degree

Originally I wasn't touching Hall for just this reason. But he's won me over - has shown he's hard at it even in pre-season, he obviously wants to prove he's a transformed player and retain his heightened place in the pecking order and when you combine that with his finish to 2015, I can't leave him out. No way he loses significant midfield time especially in a world of reduced interchange.

^^
Hall will still definitely see mid time, more so than ever due to the increase in mid rotations, I'm just not sold on his overall scoring.
At $430k, you want a 100+ average right? I reckon Hall will average 85-90, he'll be up and down. It's still good enough to a great F5/F6, but if I'm paying $430k, I want 100+.

Bont last year, started at $420k and averaged 103. Motlop started at $440k and averaged 88 (after a very good year).

I'd suggest hope his good form is rewarded. Swallow and JOM haven't played consecutive decent games forever.
I think he's one of the keys to their midfield.
Hell he's the only one not under an injury cloud

What's everyone's thoughts on Stevie J in the forward line? I don't see many people with him in their lineup..

My forward line atm is:

Montagna, Barlow, Johnson, Hall, Wells, Menadue (Mccarthy, Kerridge)

Anybody here keen on Dahlhaus? In 12% of teams which is around what I expected.
I was keen on him early but dropped off, he's damn expensive. He's on my radar, hopefully I can pick him up later for a bit cheaper.
What do people expect from him?
