That would be a great match between two rising stars.A potential 2nd round between Coric and Thiem would be good if it eventuates.
No disrespect to people from Sydney but the mens field for this event gets poorer every year.
I don't know what the answer is due to the timing but it is a shame it can't get a top player. Also they should of been able to get Kyrgios or Kokkinakis (who was going to play Adelaide before injury) to add some interest. Tomic sounded like he wanted to withdraw after he lost in Brisbane.
Today's order of play was average and tomorrow is not much better.
Kvitova and Radwanska are out of the tournament. Petra did practice today but isn't right, so it is the correct call.
Dang- was looking forward to going through a few tube socks watching Aga dance around the court

Why are the men not frequenting Sydney any more? Too close to Melbourne?
Same injury as last week, think is is a quad from memory (carried it into the tournament last week) and the way Radwanska plays getting so low on defence she has to be safe.
Radwanska is great to watch in this day and age of roid feuled ball bashing. Only tennis player I'd even consider watching these days.Surprised and happy she maintained a high level last season. Doesn't have a big game at all, just throws up variety and is so crafty.
Easily my favourite WTA player

Klizan with a Fognini-esque non-effort. Judging by the commentary, as soon as he stepped out on court it seemed he couldn't be bothered to fight for it because of the heat.
Just a lack of professionalism, you're coming to Australia what do you expect!!
