7 goals to 3QT draws everyone's attention. Doing it in a GF, with more eyes on you, definitely helps your draft chances. It's not about being clutch or being a big-game player (an illusion) but it's simply the fact that more people are watching and more people care. Performing in these games stands out to all spectators and it's the same for recruiters.

I understand that but was more thinking how many spots a strong performance would jump someone up a club's rankings. 4 spots, 10 spots? etc.

You can't determine it. A myriad of factors combine to decide whether a player rises/falls.
