Looking forward to this... Hopefully Danny can get some more wins under his belt before season wraps up... Cool looking circuit with plenty of chances to overtaking mixed in with some seriously tricky corners.... 1 and 2 in particularly off the start is going to be action packed and ill be shocked if everyone makes it through to corner 3.

Race time is 5pm AEDT on Sunday 1/10.

Kvyat is sitting on 10 penalty points, with none coming off until Austin, so perhaps this fuelled the change.

Interesting performances - I had expected Mercedes to have a slight edge on Ferrari, not to be 1.5 seconds down, with the Red Bulls quicker than the Mercs. Sets the stage for a more intriguing race than I'd thought, assuming the Mercs don't crank things up a notch.

Actually, I for one blamed Hamilton himself for losing the title last year - he made mistakes in Australia, Japan, Singapore, Baku... probably more but in the end, he cost himself enough points to push himself out of contention. 2nd in Baku to Rosberg, and if the rest of the season had planned out in exactly the same manner, he’d have been champ.
