A number of the MotoGP teams have revealed their 2017 racing liveries recently.

Yamaha have gone darker this year.

And Ducati are getting even less red.

And there will be no mistaking the KTM.

Can hardly wait to see Maverick and Marquez go head to head this year! Hopefully the beginning of a great rivalry! Should also be interesting to see the improvement of Jack as well. It Could be a make or break year for him as i think he is on his final year of his Honda factory contract.

Interesting to see they've decided to start the championship on the same weekend as F1. Thought Dorna and F1 always had a gentleman's agreement to run on opposing weekends as much as possible.

Wouldn't read too much into the first night's results with another three practice sessions and qualifying to come before the race. Three things I will say though:

- the championship with be a race in two between Marquez and Viñales (Marquez to win)

- Folger will be rookie of the year if he learns to stop crashing. I'm not surprised he;s been consistently the fastest rookie but have been amazed to see him consistently top 5 in testing. He's always been quick but crashes too often.

- Miller will finish top 10 in the standings this year.

I'm very interested to see how Valentino goes in the first 2-3 races this season. I don't rank Rossi on his Friday and Saturday performances, the guy will always be a Sunday rider. However, His pre season testing didn't look great at all and he looks miserable in every photo I see of him in the garage.

If he's not been on the podium at least once by the end of Le Mans, he'll retire. I've called it.

Rossi is only just starting a two-year contract so I don't see him retiring. The field is so unpredictable at the moment too that he's likely to get at least one podium in the first races.

How impressive have the rookies at Tech 3 been so far!? Both Folger and Zarco had pretty decent winter testings and it's translating into race weekend. The race however will be a different situation for them. Not sure how to read into Jacks' weekend so far. Pretty disappointing. Slowest Honda out there and was below his team mate Tito in FP3 and Tito has had next to no time on the bike due to injury. As for Vale, I'm not too worried. We've seen him struggle on Friday and Saturday before but he always delivers on Sunday.
