LOL LOL. Lamb, please just delist yourself. Can't even kick 20 m on target

Eagles TV lingered too long on:Dean Cox posing on the tele.
Looking for credits in a rechunk of Rodin's 'Thinker'.
Rodin will channel himself and do 'The Flog'.

Collins loves a Lamb roast.
He'll never get a quick cook like that again.

Our back ups did well, particularly the likes of Grey, big Luke,Sean,The Smokin' Turkish fella may make waytogo intolerable! All except Cox had a game and a bit and Cox did plenty pleasin' early.
Very average game overall except to see the quality of our recruits.
We've got some beauts!

+
Darcy - excellent ruckwork for an 18 yo
Strnadica - can take a grab
Crozier - Lots of the ball and plenty of clearances and contested ball.
Balic - good in traffic
Duman
Collins
Grey
Logue - except that last kick

-
Tabs - enough with the butterfingers already
Suban - invisible

Crozier has always been a mid at WAFL level, and killed it there, and everything but that at AFL level. hmmm. Either way, he's earned his spot for now but he'll be forced to adapt his game yet again.

Strnadica emerging as a genuine ruck/fwd option would be amazingly good fortune for us so soon after Apeness broke down.

Aside from that backwards kick Logue was fine. Goes in hard and took a good diving mark under pressure late in the last quarter. That backwards kick was a WTF kick... horrible.

People are a bit harsh on Tabs. He second guessed himself midway through the last quarter and got himself in a muddle but the mark he took for that kick was quite good. Felt he telegraphed that soccer kick too much but Goyter from East Perth did well to get a hand on it. Also took a good mark just on the final siren. He is probably a couple of weeks in the WAFL away from getting his touch.

Really impressed with big Darcy.

I would certainly have Crozier in the Round 1 team.

Barrass is a solid unit.

To be fair, Tom shares. Hughes, Logue and Hancock all enjoyed carving from the carcass throughout the game.

Croz for Rd 1, but would like an upgrade announce before that .

I think by effort and intensity he deserve it loh .

Average game outside of the third quarter but we defended well all over the ground.

The standouts for me were Brady Grey who just gives everything and has a real physical presence. Should be playing afl I think and his skills were good.

Croz performed well too and just needs a decent crack at AFL level and I think he can make it and secure a spot.

Balic is a ball magnet and reads the play well. Used the ball pretty well too aside from a few miss kicks. Would be happy to see him in purple.

Darcy was very good in the ruck and the new ruck rules suit him well. He competes when the balls on the ground too and can take a mark.

Thought Sam Collins was very solid in defence too and Taylin Duman was impressive as he has speed and makes good decisions.

Strnadica can take a grab also and was quite good on debut. Thought Hughes was solid down back as well and took a few good intercept marks.

Agree with others that Sheridan was ok but didn't stand out and Suban didn't have a great game (still tries to burrow through and doesn't get enough of the ball).

Logue I think will be a very good player but needs some time in the wafl to develop and the same goes for Brennan Cox.

Taberner unfortunately has a game to forget and really needs to lift to get back in the Freo side.

All in all though a pretty good win against a more experienced EP team.

Just a personal opinion from last year peel game and this game that when Tab play other tall just don't function that well . I think when stranadica move forward when tab is In interchange.

How good is Sean Darcy! I can see why we drafted him earlier than lots of people thought he would go at.

I'm pretty sure that was his first open age game. Well done young man!

Problem is Strnadica will get rag dolled by the AFL brutes. He's pretty lean so can only imagine he ll bulk up and develop in WAFL this season. Pretty unfair of him to just slot in as cover to Apeness, who is a huge frame and Griffin.

Yeah have to agree with the comment on Tabs, just a down night for him and he's such a confidence player. When he's on, he ll take some great grabs. But then a game like tonight he just drops his head. He ll need consistent game time as it was his first game back since 3 weeks ago.

Yeah definitely agree. In the Riewoldt CHF role he dominates. But as a stay at home full forward he struggles, a lot of the kicks to him were always poor.
Like to see him used up the ground, cause many times tonight he was often free up the wing anyway.

After today game I am not sure is just about confident anymore regarding tab . sorry not yet read your above opinion. I agree chf is his role. Moving to wing also help if he drop the ball will more likely spill to boundary.

Very impressive. He will play afl this year.
EFA.

He's a Sandi or Griff injury away - both are getting on and have had recent injuries.

I'll guess he'll debut by rnd 5.

We might not have the luxury of letting him develop in the WAFL all year though if Griff is the only bloke ahead of him right now...
