According to SEN this morning Bevo refused to shake Matthew Boyd's hand in his exit interview & management forced him to play Boyd in the final round
Seriously? I find that incredibly hard to believe, Boyd is a champion of that club and one of the most underrated player I've ever seen, did whoever it was on SEN say where they had heard that?

To me , when he got King, Schneider and Dempster, it was like a gambler who won the Quadrella the first time he went to the races. Thought it was easy after that.

Doesn't matter that we had $15 left in the SC. Blame everyone at the club at that time especially the list manager.

Something as weird as shit.

Stringer looked genuinely shattered about leaving and said the exit meeting was ok with none of the rumours occurring.

Also admitted that he could have done more.

Plough on SEN said in 2016 Stringer was getting 5 injections a week to get on the park.

Stringer seems like he has had a huge kick up the arse, but something aint kosher at the kennel.
Looking at 3 CEO's in 3 years. Gordon is an interfering bully and the coach didnt have the balls to tell a 23 y.o AA premiership player that he is sacked.

Something Fishy
Remember before Bevo their captain walked out on them and they sacked their coach. Some strange shit happens down there. The premiership has papered the cracks but they seem to be reopening. Sounds like Dalhousecwants out too.

Sam McClure said it but the other blokes (Watson, Lyon & Mike Sheehan) seemed to back it up.

I heard that but I certainly didn't hear he wouldn't shake hands. Worst enemies would shake hands.

You don't make 2 mistakes. Both should have got one. Both are never going to make it.

They reckon Ross was a bit of a lone wolf who was across every role and would stay at the club until late at night and wouldn't tolerate staff who fell out of line. I think the list manager ****ed up and so did the recruiters but Ross was making sure he held the reigns tight.

He had nothing to do with contracts. Fact. And who is they? I still don't get why he was so popular with the players if they say he had all these issues.

Yeah it seems to get forgotten when Stringer gets bagged for his "poor 2016" (where he kicked 42 goals and won the goalkicking at the primier team!) that he apparently carried a bad shoulder for however long that year.

I remember reading some who barrack for them say late in the year that he could barely lift his arm over his head.

That said, it doesn't help that he's supposedly poor at his injury rehab and so-on tho.

Just listened to a podcast with Kosi who said he would crawl over broken glass for Lyon.
Absolutely loved the guy. All the players who bought in absolutely loved Lyon.

not my club but I wouldn't be wasting a first rounder on Gaff. He's an accumulator and like us, your real need is speed and/or someone who can help in the transition from def to attack. You've got plenty of inside grunt but apart from Billings not that much outside class.
Gaff is also a defensive liability.
You are making way too much sense.
